During the day before her arrival, Lucas knows a little bit about the person who looks after him and his brothers. Her name is Genevieve Lamont, she was eighteen years old and about to enter the university. Genevieve’s parents are some people that Lucas’s parents know. She is coming from France. Unfortunately, Lucas knows only in word in French, it is the name of a song. Fortunately, Genevieve can speak a little bit of English. Lucas keeps complaining about her.

Next day, Genevieve arrive Lucas’s house. Lucas talks to her a little bit. Soon, he gets confusing about why she keeps saying”oui.” Then Lucas’s father explains to him that it means “yes.” That afternoon, they are looking better. In the evening Lucas taught some of the expression to Genevieve. Then Genevieve writes down some of the new words and terms. She has been here for a day already but she is still confusing about who Marius is and who Marcus is. After that they play some kinds of games together and then they make popcorn together.

The main character in this story is Lucas Cott. He is in third grade. He has twin brother, Macus and Marious. He is quite annoying. At the very last day of school, he improves himself and got better score than he used to get. His parents were so proud of him and give him presents, too.

Now, it was his summer holidays and there is a woman who is coming to look after Lucas. Mrs. Cott explains that she is coming here because she needs to improve her English, as well.

Lucas asks his mother, what do you feel it he is twin too. His mother seems not willing to answer. His mother said it was my fortunate that you are not twin. Lucas feels speechless.Then they have lunch together. After that he plays with his presents.

George felt stomachache and he accidently met with Katie in Mr.Derkman body. Katie brought her friends to the clinic and let the nurse but the nurse was complaining about the no rules rule. Suddenly, Katie looked around and saw a lot of students with bags of ices on their body. The nurse said it is because of the no rules rule. Then a group of students come to Katie and told her that there was a fight going on in the soccer field. When Katie got there, she saw a boy playing football with no rules. He used his hand to play. That would never happen with football. Then Katie run down the hall and she accidently slid on a wet spot and suddenly the magic wind started. She noticed immediately what is going to happen. She preyed silently on herself. When she noticed herself again, she was in the cafeteria with her carrot in her mouth.

The next morning, Manny and Katie were walking into the school but everything seemed quiet. Nobody was speaking, talking or even playing football. Manny and Katie wander what is happen. Suddenly, an old man said new rules every student must line up before the bell rang. First, Manny and Katie who is he but they noticed later that he was a substitute principle. But when Katie got back home there was a surprise that was waiting for her. When Katie got home, Suzanne called her and told her bad news. It was the substitute principle had change to the real principle forever.

Katie and George played tag game together. Then Miriam came but she said she didn't like to play that game. So three of them decided to link their arms together and walk in a group. Soon they saw Suzane. They asked Suzane to link her arms together but Suzane refuseto do it because she thought that it was kid’s game.

The recess ended. Mrs. Derkman made all the students line up. Mrs. Derkman was a very strict teacher. When the class ended Miriam and Katie played clap hands game. Then Katie went in the cafeteria and she ate a carrot. She thought why people liked to eat carrot from the bottom. Unfortunately, the magic wind blew pass the cafeteria and suddenly Katie became Mrs.Derkman.

In the next few hours, all the school rules were destroyed by Katie. All the students didn't go to class because there were no rules and some of the students got hurt by other students.
